WESTERN‘s latest CP600 model is a system designed to adapt to a variety of weather, crop and field conditions, all the while providing maximum performance as it relates to water efficiency and increased crop yields, year after year.
WESTERN-CP600 can be configured with a variety of span lengths, overhang combinations and multiple sprinkler packages. In addition, and depending on your particular demands, you have the option of an all-galvanized system, or a galvanized structure with Poly-Line pipe components.
WESTERN-CP600 spans and towers have three different ground clearances ranging from 1.86m to 4.52m, and are specifically designed to match differing crop requirements.
When you choose WESTERN irrigation systems, you select a great team of technicians, professionals, engineers and Ph. D degree consultants.
Our pre-sales service starts by planning and designing your project, then advising you on the best pivot configuration, pump size and power source. Moreover, we can offer a variety of financial options to help setup your project.
After the sale, our professional technicians will install the system and do the required services to ensure it operates effectively and efficiently.

Stronger pivot point with hot dipped galvanized structural angle iron legs provides better stability.
19 cross-tie braces; 7 braces on panel side & 4 braces on the other 3 sides, form a robust foundation for even the longest systems.
8″ riser pipe equipped with a triple lip gasket, prevents leaks during rotation.

WESTERN-CP600 tower is specifically designed to meet the challenges of today’s longer span lengths.
Each component is engineered to deliver the torque requirements demanded by your soil and tire combinations. Computer designed to remove stress locations and improve fatigue resistance. Unique design & shape for tower connection with fully welded ball and socket is 15% stronger than bolted assemblies. Tubular compression and diagonal force braces, a suspended span-to-tower attachment, and a lower center of gravity provide greater tower strength and roll-resistance. Cross-tie compression brace between the truss rods and compression pipes provides better load balancing and greater stability even under extreme conditions.
Tower leg bracket is double-bolted to uniquely designed brackets that distribute the load evenly around the span pipe. Triangular tower bracket minimizes stresses to pipe fixtures and makes the WESTERN Tower Leg Bracket the strongest on the market.
Mounting the water pipe under the tower leg bracket allows all forces to be directed properly for maximum structural integrity and roll resistance.
All four-leg angles support the pipe evenly and control span roll.

WESTERN-CP600 drive train assembly is specifically designed to meet the challenges of today’s longer span lengths. Each component of gear motor, gearbox, coupler, shaft and wheels is engineered to deliver the torque requirements demanded by your soil and tire combinations.

WESTERN-CP600 pivots offer differing span lengths in order to adapt the lengths of the machine to the dimensions of the field.
Spans with pipe size of 5” and 6-5 / 8” are available in the following lengths:
38.2m (125.5ft)
44.2m (145 ft)
50.1m (164.5ft), 56.1m (184 ft) 5 / 8
62.0m (203.5ft)
In case the pipe size of 8-5 / 8”, the maximum span length is 50.1m (164.5ft).
Span pipes are available in three different diameters; 5”, 6-5 / 8” & 8-5 / 8” with pipe thickness ranging from 2.8mm to 3mm.
New truss joiner bracket design provides superior clamping force and features radiuses truss rod heads on all transition points, reducing stress concentrations when compared with other leading manufacturers.
Thanks to the high-density steel truss rods with hot-forged heads on both sides, there are no weak weld points. (Diameters: ¾” and 13/16″).
Optimum design of angles between the truss legs gives a wider stance and allows for greater stability on rolling terrain and in high wind conditions.
Truss supports are mounted higher on the water pipe to increase the overall strength of the structure and better distribute stresses.
